Industry leading, German made, Südanit 280 – Alpha Hemihydrate Screed was proudly installed by Fast Floor Screed for Footprint Developments Ltd. The screed was applied in a 250.00 m² bonded application followed by installation of ceramix tiles using Gypfix Calcium Sulphate Tile Adhesive. This is another showcase project of our best practice partnership with Smet Building Products Ltd.
For this floor renovation we first installed a new damp proof membrane, after that the alpha hemihydrate screed was applied in a total of 244 m2 un-bonded application over underfloor heating on the groundfloor and first floor.
The CE Marked Sudanit 280 Alpha Hemihydrate Screed was applied in a total of 178 m2 floating application over underfloor heating on the groundfloor and first floor.
