Description:  Industry leading, German made, Südanit 280 – Alpha Hemihydrate Screed was proudly installed by Fast Floor Screed for Footprint Developments Ltd. The screed was applied in a 250.00 m² bonded application followed by installation of ceramix tiles using Gypfix Calcium Sulphate Tile Adhesive. This is another showcase project of our best practice partnership with Smet Building Products Ltd.
